Queen Elizabeth's Diamond Jubilee --Royal's from around the world Come out to Celebrate!!

 One of the largest gatherings of Heads of State gathered recently to celebrate the Queen's Diamond Jubilee, the luncheon was held in St. George's Hall (So Overwhelming that I just a short 4 weeks ago walked in St. George's hall) at Windsor Castle. Monarchs from twenty six countries gathered to Toast the Queen on her magnificent 60 years on the throne!!

 Here is the Queen greeting Queen Beatrix of the Netherlands, it was written that Queen Beatrix was very open and animated at her greeting the queen, flinging her arms open wide for a hug and a kiss.

 Prince Albert and his Bride Princess Charlene, they are  also newlyweds, getting married just 2 months after Will and Kate.  Princess Charlene delivering a low curtsy!!I doubt I could curtsy that low in that tight skirt...who am I kidding, doubt I could in anything I would wear!!!Must take practice!!

The  Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, Kate always the center of attention wore a  1300.00 pound custom made pale pink Dress by one of her favorite designers Emilia Wickstead,  accessorized by Prada shoes and Bag.

 Here is Prince Andrew's daughters, Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie talking with Princess Sabeeka, the wife of King Hamad Al Khalifa of Bahrain.

 The Queen with her ubiquitous Purse!!!I read she carries this as a way of signaling her Ladies in Waiting....like when she moves in from one arm to the other, she wants to leave.....Here she is talking with the Ex-King of Greece and his wife Anne-Marie...the Monarchy in Greece was abolished in 1973.

 Just a few days before the luncheon, William and Harry participated in a Polo match, Kate was there to award the prizes and a celebratory kiss to her brother in law and her husband!!Here they are with there puppy Lupo. Kate wore a printed turquoise dress from one of her favorite labels, Libelula and beige cork wedge shoes by Stuart Weitzman.

And if anyone MISSED this stunning dress...Here it is....William and Kate attended a function at Royal Albert Music hall and everyone standing in the vicinity heard everyone gasp "WOW". The Emerald Green(looks more Turquoise to me) Jenny Packham Gown  with a peek a boo lace back and a Swarovski crystal encrusted belt paired with Jimmy Choo High Heels, she radiated Star Quality!!

Have a CAREFREE day...make it a week-end!!!

I signed up for Groupon deals about a month or so ago.....I rarely ever  look at the deals.....until about a week or so ago, saw that the Carefree Inn and Resort had a 2 night stay for $138.00!!I thought "wow" that's a good deal and signed up!!!I called to make the reservation and found out I could upgrade to a two bedroom suite for  $80.00 and thought WHY NOT!!!So our daughter and her family came along....Our Son and Daughter in love were going to maybe stay, but he ended up having to Work all week-end......a Big CASE he is working on....luckily for him, the case settled out of court!!

Memorial Day week-end was Unseasonable COOL, in the Low 80's!!!And that is down right COOL for us!!!Today was 110 degrees!!

I found this AWESOME top at LOFT!!!Love the Eiffel Tower and Yes I do adore it!!!The Tower that is, but MORE I ADORE this little girl!!!I just found a darling top for Miss C nearly like mine!!!Pics of her and I in are near matching tops coming very soon!!

Our second floor suites had an incredible view, the golf course and desert off one balcony, tennis courts from another and the smaller pool off of the other one!!! I also loved the master bedroom....reminded me of our room in Barcelona last summer!!!

Dinner at Encanto Mexican Restaurant in Cave Creek....this place was awesome!!!the food's flavor matched none I have had....perfectly blended together and just the right spice!!!!

Loved the live musician and the dancer!!Our little one joined right in!!

Love the large POND and all the ducks and even a large Swan!!It was right out our window .....see below!!!you can sit outside by the large pond or inside!!

Birthday Dinner at RainForest Cafe!!

 On Miss C's actual birthday, Mommy came home with a Bouquet of Balloons!!!

 Then it was off to our birthday dinner at Rain Forest Cafe...or as Miss C calls it...Animal Cafe!!!

 She loved looking at ALL the Animals.......then the Thunder happened.....and She and her brother were Scared...I guess she forgot about the loud thunder and lightning....

 It was sad.....but soon she was ALL Smiles again!!!

 Time for Presents!!A new bicycle helmet from Uncle C.J. and Aunt Jesse...Mommy and Daddy got her a Big Girl bike, so they want her to be safe!!And a Guitar from Uncle C.J. and Aunt Jesse also...this little girl is now obsessed with Musical instruments.......

 A movie, a book and the doggie guitar she wanted so bad!!She loved both of the guitars so much...she said Her little brother could play with her!!

The Queen's Diamond Jubilee!! Some of her favorite things!!

I am so excited for all the Coverage that is to come this week for the Queen of England's Diamond Jubilee!!!She has reigned for 60 years!!!Only Queen Victoria ruled longer then she. I am sure Queen Elizabeth will out reign her 64 years. She seems like the energizer bunny and just keeps going. Her schedule of events is amazing. She does over 300 a year, I am guessing some days she does 3 or 4 or possible 5 in one day. She does vacation at her Royal Palaces around the United Kingdom so she works very hard on the days she makes these appearances.

So much coverage is going to be done, even in the blog world, so I want to write about what the Queen loves. This is a Photograph of the Young Queen, she only became the Heir to the throne because her Father's brother abdicated the throne for a Married woman......Queen Elizabeth loves her family very much,when her Father died, she became the Queen at a very young age. She lost her sister Princess Margaret and her Mother in the same year. It is said she was devastated at the loss. She spoke to her Mother on the phone everyday.  
The Queen has four children, eight Grandchildren and two Great Grand-Children. She is devoted to her family. For 60 years she has been a Working Mother, a devoted wife,  was a loving sister and daughter and she is  a doting Grandmother.
The Queen really does not have any hobbies, she has Passions. The Queen is an accomplished rider and Loves her Horses, she takes great pride in everything about them. The Queen also enjoys taking photographs....Hmmm.....she would fit right in to blogging now wouldn't she!!!She carries her old Leica Camera in her purse. The Queen also loves her dogs, she currently has three Corgi's and she even has three dorgi's, this occurred when one of her Corgi's got to close to one of Princess Margaret's dachshund's along time ago!!!The dog's have a special room in Buckingham Palace and they usually always travel to her other palaces as well.

OH MY WORD!!!Miss C asked for a Rapunzel dress for Christmas but Aunt Stacie KNEW a Special Limited Edition dress was coming....so she waited and got it for her for her birthday!!!!It is fabulous!!!

This little shy cutie is the daughter of my daughter's high school friend. They were cheerleaders together!!!And they have moved out here by us!!!

And Miss C's Ballet friend got her another Animated doll...Snow White!!!
